To register your apologies in advance please e-mail the branch office.
If you have any items for inclusion with an agenda, these need to be received at the branch office 2 weeks before the date of the meeting. Otherwise reports can be photocopied and tabled on the day if the agenda has already been issued.

Any general information for distribution will be issued to our 350+ post box contacts on the following dates for 2012:

If any member of the Executive Committee has an item for distribution, it must be received at the branch office on the preceding Friday before the mail run at the absolute latest.
