Please be aware that this is a fraudulent email and not generated from UNISON.  The links contacted within this email will navigate the user to fraudulent copies of UNISONS’ ‘Update your Details’ pages.

Members should not access these links

Any access to your membership record should only be through the UNISON website https://my.unison.org.uk – update your details pages

If you have updated your security information through any of the links on this email please ensure you visit the https://my.unison.org.uk – update your details pages and reset you password.

New Facility To Update Your Membership Details On Line

Unison has launched a new online service to allow members to check their membership details are correct and to update them if necessary.

When times are tough it’s more important than ever that Unison can contact its members when it needs to.

In April Unison’s National Executive Council declared that the scale and nature of the onslaught on public service pensions in particular meant that the union is probably on the road to industrial action.

We are in talking with the Government but if we have to take action we need to get our systems right and our membership information as accurate as possible.

Help us to help you by checking your membershp details via our new My Details web service. It’s secure, quick and easy and you can do it online  (your membership number will be needed) via the link http://www.unison.org.uk/membership/update.asp

NB – Please also e-mail this branch with the changes you have made including your membership number at:

ul-stokecity@unison.org.uk

If you use the on-line update system to resign it is YOUR  responsibility to cancel your subscriptions with the approrpiate payroll department or to cancel your direct debit.   If you pay subscriptions out of your salary via Stoke-on-Trent City Council and your hours of work have changed, meaning your subscriptions are incorrect, please contact the branch office rather than using the on-line system as the branch has to write to the payroll department in order to facilitate the change.
